The next stop is further up on the lefthand side, just after the Bulldog, at 33 St James Street: The Zone. A popular venue since 2005, it was originally the spot of the aforementioned Candy Bar for four years. If you have a moment to look down Cavendish Street at the red brick building on the lefthand side, it once housed the Sussex AIDS Centre and Helpline which opened in 1988.
