Siren wrote a song which they performed as a band called ‘GLC” about what the GLC had funded for women, especially for young women and girls - ‘Girls Nights’ at many youth clubs.

Participants created these profiles during the Radical Rhizomes drag and cabaret workshop held at the BMECP in Brighton on 5 June 2025.
Radical Rhizomes is a free to access, creative social network curated by and exclusively for Queer/Trans/Intersex Black and People of Colour (QTIBPoC) living, working or studying in Brighton & Hove.

The Funny Hole saw queer artists Ladypat, Boogaloo Stu and Jane Dinmore join forces with Marlborough Productions for a 3-day intervention at The Old Courthouse in Brighton! Featuring The Funny Hole Show - queer favourites such as Harry Clayton-Wright, Barbara Brownskirt and Lorraine Bowen entertained guests during the sweltering heatwave!
In July 2016, Pink Fringe and Trans Pride joined forces to present three micro-commissions of trans led work from across the UK. Featuring Elijah Harris, Louisa Claughton and Kate O'Donnell. Supported by Arts Council England.
