Description: Dating from the late 1980s, the necklace was brought back from San Fransisco by my coming out buddy David, we were at art school together, in the era when the main symbols for being gay were the pink triangle, and some lesbians used the black triangle too. David visited San Fransisco for the gay scene, and returned with this as a gift, one of the first queer rainbow items.
