Rowan (he/him) is the community archivist within the Queer Heritage South team. He has a passion for collecting, preserving and sharing LGBTQ+ history. Rowan has previously worked with Lavender Menace Queer Books Archive and Edinburgh City Museums and Galleries, improving the accessibility of LGBTQ+ archive collections. Rowan has written extensively on the importance of preserving LGBTQ+ histories, and the challenges this can present, within the Scottish LGBTQ+ heritage and culture magazine Somewhere: For Us.
