This event is exclusively for QTIBPoC (Queer, Trans and Intersex Black people and People of Colour). Please only book a ticket if you identify as both Queer (anywhere on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum) and a Person of Colour/part of the Global Majority.

How do we speak about the things that matter to us?

Bring an object (which can be a picture, a physical object, an imaginary object, or one you no longer have but can remember, a badge, an instagram post, a piece of clothing) that tells a story.
Choose something that’s noteworthy to you, your chosen/family, your heritage or your identity.
*If you can't find an object, if your favourite story doesn't have an object (maybe it's a haircut you used to have for example) or if you forget your object, don't worry, you can just come with a story.

We’ll explore the dynamic of telling these stories, first in a pair and with the potential to share in a group, if you would like to.
*If you don’t want to speak in front of a group you don’t have to, so please don’t let that be a barrier to attending.
