Description: I met Shaun at a Body Positive Group meeting at the Sussex AIDS Centre and Helpline (SACH) which I’d been extremely privileged to be invited to. We also met sometimes at Open Door where he sometimes went for lunch. Shaun was a quiet person who kept himself to himself most of the time, but he could be quite outspoken if he felt something was wrong. He was helped a great deal by his partner Nick who was a volunteer at SACH and always very smartly dressed. Shaun was a regular at the Bulldog pub but didn’t talk much about his personal life.
